काम करायची इच्छा आणि क्षमता असणार्यांना जबरदस्ती ५०/५८/६० व्या वर्षी रिटायर करून २५/३५/४५ वयाच्या अकार्यक्षम आणि अनिच्छेने काम करणार्या लोकांना फुकट संधी देणारा सेवानिवृत्तीचा नियम मला चुकीचा वाटतो. दरवर्षी परफॉरमन्स रिव्ह्यू करायचा आणि काम सुरु ठेवायचं की बंद करायचं ह्याचा निर्णय घ्यायचा. मग वय ६० वर्षं झालं की ७०, ह्याचा काय संबंध?
An interested and capable person is forcefully retired from work at 50/58/60 years of age, while inefficient and disinterested persons of 25/35/45 years age are given more opportunities to work. I feel this rule is based on totally wrong assumptions. Decision of continuing to work or not can be based on a periodic performance review, not on whether the person turns 60 years old or 70.
