"I'm your leader. You must follow my orders!" cried the big crow.
"But we never accepted your leadership. Who appointed you as our leader? Were we given a choice? Did any of us vote for you?" asked a younger crow.
"Acceptance? Appointment? Choice? Voting? What're you talking about, dear crowther?" The big crow seemed genuinely surprised.
"These are human values. They'll help us in our development."
"Human values?" the big one laughed out loud before asking, "Did they help humans?"
The younger crow hung his head and replied, "Sorry, Leader Crow. They didn't!"
The other crows clapped.
